I'm cautiously optimistic. I played all the games except for the most recent one and I think they're all overall fairly enjoyable, albeit a bit shallow.
I'm a bit concerned about how they're just following the current trend of having a younger and weaker companion tag along for feels purposes, but I am also interested in how they'll try to make the biggest war criminal in vidya more deep.

Honestly I'm just wondering what direction they're going with this game. The original god of war was a shallow "Raagrh rip apart the enemies, Riiiirgh TITS!" kind of game (Not that the games were bad, I actuality like the God of War series, I just understand Its a game where you rampage, not some deep experience) about a faggot with anger issues and sex minigames. I wonder if they're going to go full last of us like alot of people are afraid it will, or if they're dropping any of the adult themes to it at all.
