Fifteen years ago I couldn't imagine anything on the internet being lost. But now, looking for solutions to certain things, or trying to find old memes for the nostalgia kick or old porn you once fapped to, you come across places dead and barren for at least 5-10 years. The internet is a mysterious thing in that regard. Nothing lasts forever, not even data. So many memories from the earliest years of the internet are gone due to lack of upkeep on the ONLY source of that info. Even the Wayback machine site is shit because it doesn't properly register all the info.

There was this one site too, something like "Iyapopo", that had great pixel art (for the time) porn. Tell me about it. I uninstalled san andreas retail version after I couldn't find tutorials for it and getting the fixes to work. I remember it being so easy back in the day, now it's close to impossible. I guess the steam version just took over everything and scrubbed the retail version off.
