It's hard to say because I remember specific songs but not the entirety of a soundtrack.

Overall I'd guess either Persona 3 or SMT IV, both had a lot of damn good songs in them.

Hard to say, their OST's are pretty good for the most part. I'll probably go with Persona 3 because it was used to such great effect in the final months of the game.
