Normal attack is a double barreled shotgun that only works at close range

His ability is to throw a bottle of unidentified liquid that slows down other heroes, including friendlies, by 50%

Other ability is Throw: it's literally Tiny's ability in Dota 2

Ultimate - "Devil boy": gains a manly face, goes berserk and transforms his shotgun into a chaingun that deals guaranteed crits for 4 seconds. Transformation animation must be channeled for 3 seconds, Ult countdown begins when transformation has ended

Left click is standard dps but can combo with each successive hit up to three hits, also slows you down like reinhartd

Third hit in a row will briefly stun enemies

Right click raised your personal small shield that recycles incoming damage into health to your hp bar, can overheal yourself but it decays slowly

E channels a charge that charges your guy forward, fist first, doing extra damage to barriers

Q slams the ground around you in a small aoe, dealing damage and slowing down people

Shift side steps in any direction and cool down lowers for each successive melee hit

Ult is a passive, when dead you have a choice to activate it

Revive on the spot, knock up aoe around you, gain increases attack speed animation, immune to cc for 5 seconds and have a decaying 2000 hp bar

You may be thinking "how in the hell is this guy supposed to get into melee range when everyone and their mom has guns?"

His fist charge makes him literally fly in any direction just like genji dash

Wields akimbo pistols which can fire a three round burst in a straight line, or fires in a fan pattern with right click

Passive ability lets him wallrun SIDEWAYS and double jump

Shift button is a flying punch gap closer that knocks players down

Only Ability is blocking bullets with a forcefield and then throwing them back

His ultimate "The One" is a super steroid that lasts 10 seconds. Limits neo to hand to hand combat, but incrases his melee damage and speed to crazy levels, and allows his gap closer to be used with no C/D

There it's a completely original character with mechanics completely fresh gameplay mechanics

Chip

A tiny robot or monkey that rides on the backs of other players and acts as a gun turret.

Chip can freely hop between allied heroes so long as they are in range. Very low hp, but can only be attacked when not riding another hero. Chip automatically hops off a hero if they are killed or disabled and is an easy kill if alone.

Chip fires a high-damage mounted machine gun or laser rifle when riding an allied hero, but only has a weak pistol while on foot.

Chip's rotation is independent, meaning Chip does not rotate when his ride rotates. This is to help make aiming easier and prevent puking when riding Reaper during Death Blossom.

Ultimate simply makes his mounted gun more powerful for a short duration, such as giving it unlimited range and no damage falloff.
