Not surprising that most people in Latin America only cares for FIFA and MS/PlayStation consoles

Local laws about importing makes selling anything not produced locally impossible to sell at a reasonable price, most economies in Sout America are struggling to get by and most people are just too poor to afford anything outside of food and even that is a challenge.
