>try Shadowverse
>it's locked to 30 FPS
>write a negative review and uninstall it
>>
>card games
lol,no.
>>
I don't know how bad it's with hearthstone, but the last expansion only added more broken shit to shadowverse.

It's pretty much unplayable.
>>
>>376018115
its not though
>>
>>376018005
>play shadowverse since pc release
>love the game, quickly get 100+ hours in it
>get busy with work and don't play for months
>another new expansion is launched (gods)
>completely lost on the meta

This always happens to me in card games, I find it so hard to get back into them after taking a break. Does it happen to anyone else?

I'm still playing since I like the voice-overs and art, but this is a dumb as fuck meta.

It is locked to 30 until you finish all tutorial missions
And a 60 fps cap isn't acceptable for me either when Hearthstone can run at any refresh rate just fine
>>
>>376018529
Blizzard WON
>>
>>376018005
How do they keep getting so many new players?
The game keeps getting more and more difficult to get into for newbies as time goes.

So how the hell did they get to 70m? The player number should be going down not up.
>>
>>376019881
Free decent game and waifus with jap voices.
>>
>>376019975
He's talking about Hearthstone
>>
>>376018005

>Blizzard makes the game worse with every update
>somehow this draws in more players to the game

I just don't understand it. It has the depth of Yahtzee given all the RNG in the game. New players either have to play 1000+ hours or pay up like 500 dollars just to catch up with the rest of the playerbase.

What draws people to this game?
>>
>>376019975
I'm talking about Hearthstone, obviously.

>>376019881
I do have to wonder though.
Is it 70 million active players? Or just player accounts made?
This including the people who played the game once or twice and never came back?
>>
>>376018115
>complaining about 30fps in a fucking card game
I bet you're a millennial.
>>
>>376020171
70 mil accounts. But the concurrent player count is the highest it's ever been, too.
>>
>>376018357
Same, I took a break during Bahamut, now I'm lacking most of the cards in recent expansions, so I only play Arena
>>
>>376020158
There's enough players where matchmaking actually works and doesn't just throw you against people with cheese decks. People who just want to play a simple game get to do so and have many fair matches.
>>
>>376019881
Streamers.
Nothing else is needed
>>
>>376020305
Not really true, you can play against netdecks at rank 20 nowadays
>>
>>376019881
streamers and an already pretty big community is enough even if the game is garbage
>>
even my gradndmother was playing this...
>>
>>376018005
Can you still get the hots mount from 100 wins in hs?
>>
>>376019881
It's 70 million registered users, not active players. In fact, they never release their active player numbers. In Diablo 3 it was possible to enumerate the player count and you could find out that only like 5 people were actually playing the game after 4 months. Blizzard patched and removed it.

If you have a Blizzard account and visited the Hearthstone page, you automatically add yourself to those 70 million "players", even if you have not played the game before. You can find a similiar behaviour when it comes to government statistics. For example, often in unemployed statistics, people on welfare or pension do not actually contribute to that number and are listed as a seperate value that calls them something else.
>>
So how many players is the number? Skimmed the article and didn't see it, saw 70m accounts but that clearly ain't it

Blizzards entire existence is owed to the minimum wagecuck loser demographic. They have no fucking standards and just constantly come back to have more shit pinched off into their mouths after every slap in the face. Blizzard still uses the same old tricks to get people to feel attached to their games; always making sure to shit out some half-assed release just often enough to inspire the biggest blizzdrones to pester their lesser blizzdrone friends into coming back to play more. Their average customer regularly quits for months at a time because they unconsciously know the balance roulette is a farce but keep getting suckered into thinking things might be different this time.

Fuck shadowverse too though for being cringy weab central.
>>
>>376020975
They didn't say. But roughly 0.5% players make it to legend and they had 25k legends on EU last month, over 10k on NA and more than both combined in China.
>>
>>376018529
Blizzard controls all videogames now. Rename /v/ to /blizz/
>>
Is Shadowverse's meta still totally and utterly fucked right now?
>>
>>376018728

are you mentally challenged you can go into the options from the start
>>
>>376022668
Nothing changed since the last time you checked
