Im not a huge fan of the armor redesign but its not bad, just kind of makes her look like Girl-War

I would also remove her irises and give her glowing yellow eyes like the comic, but as she is now it isnt as bad as we thought.

Why is her face in the bundle pack, her silhouette appears for like 2 seconds in a cutscene

Started the first game because of these threads.

Is the audio screwed up for the music in cutscenes?
It always sounds so faint while the people talking are loud as shit.
I've tried tweaking the volume sliders and it doesn't seem to fix much.

The combat started off feeling really insultingly simplistic, but now that I've got the scythe subweapon it's starting to come together.

The game feels really loose, with regards to the camera, movement, collision and etc.
Is DS2 more refined and feels a little more modern?

I am liking the game and might even finish it, but there's some real nags considering this is the "warmastered edition".
And yes I legally own it.

The Warmastered has audio mixing issues in the cutscenes. It's not clear if they're going to patch it still -- there's been radio silence for a month or so.

I think you can replace the files with the ones from the original game but I'm not sure. They're lower resolution though.

Why would she save him? The four horsemen are basically employees of the Charred Council, sure they've got a bond between them but they work for the CC, and War had (or so everyone though) been responsible for the apocalypse, so I don't see why she'd be trying to save him. It seems she either believes the CC version of events (that War caused Apoc), or she doesn't really care and just wants to do her job. Whereas Death went on a crusade to clear Wars name. Its interesting seeing how the siblings treat eachother differently.

Could be a case that's kind of both? DFS all know how impulsive and thick headed War is and can be. Fury might be apathetic about War causing the apocalypse but be miffed about her brother doing something real stupid. The whole sin hunting that is most likely her just doing her job and then like half way through she'll begin to piece together that something's up and the Charred Council mostly lied/manipulated things so War ended up Jobbing because they are literally incapable of asking the horsemen to do something. Ends up siding with War in the end and dies in time for 1's ending.
