You can buy Headphones and mic separately and then just combine them when gaming. That way you can use your headphones in the outside world too.

That's called a headset and they're all gaymershit with an awful mic and drivers or wireless announcer stuff with a top tier mic and awful drivers. Both are vasty overpriced. Even the cheap ones. Get headphones and a clip on mic.
