I pirated this and have been playing it at work. I'm not a VN fan and while there's not really much of anything in the way of gameplay I'm surprised at how much I'm enjoying the characters (for the most part). The allusions/parallels they make to chan/internet culture are subtle and well done, the relationships between the characters are engaging and not forced, the world-building and exposition are rationed out and presented in a way that keeps me interested. I've got no taste for SJW/political propaganda, and while I wouldn't spend money on it, this has been an enjoyable experience so far.

To be fair and honest I have mixed feelings about the devs.

I was born and raised in Venezuela and I even rioted back in 2014 so I know how the devs' desperation to leave the country but on the other hand they were unnecesarily rude with the Spanish-speaking people that wanted to play their game.

This one guy said that all of the hispanic countries are worst than trash and the Spanish language is filthy, that's why they wouldn't translate the game to Spanish (which, by the way, many people offered to do it for them free of charge).
