This will suck for poor people. A friend of mine plays mostly F2P shit like Paladins. He couldn't add friends on Steam because he hadn't purchased any games. It was a fucking pain in the ass to schedule game nights so I just gifted him a Killing Floor copy I've had since forever and I could add him.
