Your opinion is the result of lack of information about the project. I could type all the information I know that disproves what you said but I'll just just point out 2 points instead which should be enough, for the sake of not spending a year typing in a thread that will vanish into the ether in an hour.
1. Withcer 3 alone shipped around 10 million copies worldwide. The price for the game (without expansions) was $50. They made over $500,000,000 which is more than enough to make Cyberpunk 2077 (and make it a better game than Witcher 3)
2. As of last year, they have more people working on Cyberpunk 2077 at the same time than they ever had people working on Witcher 3 at its most intense development stage. They now have more people than that, I think the number is at around 400.

I literally searched google for cyberpunk videogame because I wanted to play one, this was the first result. checked out their landing page and I had the option of either the forums or their blog, first comment on there was from 4 years ago asking for more info which got me curious since /v/ was circle jerking over a game with no gameplay shown. that's as far as my interest goes. Dont worry guys about it. Cyberpunk 2077 will be re-announced but after full release of Gwent and his single player campaign. They don't want to promote two their games, because its just doesnt make any sense..


2017 they will focus marketing wise on multiplayer Gwent and singleplayer campaigns which im waiting for.

2018 they will start promoting Cyberpunk 2077.
