i played it recently with some friends for the genji skin, but now i feel like not playing it for dva for some reason.guess i'm sick of overwatch too so i dont care

Before 2.0 HotS was shit because of the amount of grind it took to get a roster of characters you like, now that you can get 20 for free and the first few levels only take a few matches leading to more chests and more characters it's pretty easy to get a nice draft roster of stuff you actually like to play instead of just hoping the free rotation works in your favor

Play soemthing with some waveclear and pushing potential, push a side lane while the rest of your team fiddles around mid with them. If you break them up to come stop you, good, if you don't, keep pushing and you'll out-farm them in EXP. At some point because you're ahead of levels (Big bonus for being ahead by a talent tier), your team can just rush them and fuck them over. Punish them for not soaking experience properly.

Yeah, stuff like this only requires you to be near the minion to get credit for it. I THINK Raynor's quest talent at level one requires you to hit the minion at least once, unless they changed that. I haven't played him since late Alpha. Otherwise, yeah, you just need to be in a minion's proximity as it dies.

The one exception being Azmodan, who has a quest to last hit minions, OR hit them and have them die within 1 second of him hitting them with his Q.

The lack of self worth and insane rubberbanding turns me off to HotS. I love the characters and the design of everthing. I just feel like if my teams braindead that I can't carry. Theres no sense of wow I'm awesome, despite the excellent fun that the actual characters are. Also, I really enjoy items as a facet of MOBAs. I'd play this a ton more if I could put the entire team on my back and not know that when we reach level 20 or whatever the enemy is just gonna catch up and if they have the better late game nonsense i just lose.
