I had to quit anime in june of 2012, I couldn't stand that shit anymore, it was a relief. Honestly, I don't know understand how people can watch anime nowaday.

probably a tall order, but i quit a couple of years ago to learn a craft and study full-time. didn't have time for games when putting in hours of practice every day.
altho now that i'm working professionally i've started playing 2-3 hours every evening again.

if you have an addictive personality, you will just fill that hole with something else, probably even worse. I dont recommend it
