>Companies that want to OWN the worlds water? Pffft, small potatoes. Companies that pump dangerous chemicals into the environment? Whatever
>You know who the true evil companies are?
>Game companies that charge $5 for DLC I don't have to buy. (Which I do anyway, because I'm an impulsive consumer whore who will bitch for months and then still buy it anyway.)
Why does /v/ do this?
are you suggesting that companies should be regulated in any way?
Because /v/ is a board full of retarded autists who have a warped view of reality.
video related is /v/

I don't care for things that don't currently affect me or are affecting people I don't know.
It's so fucking peaceful for me that all I have to bitch about is video games.
>>375776583
Low hanging fruit. Did you honestly expect a bunch of shut-in edgelords to care about global concerns, much less contribute? It is much easier for them to bitch online for (You)s and upvotes to feel important.
>>375776583
When someone tries to monopolize a resource or dump toxins, that's an obvious fucking problem and generally has regulations to begin with.
Game companies have been whittling away at consumer rights over the course of years, and keep pushing with what they can get away with. This is because they've created an environment where selling large chunks of your product separately on release is the norm, and it's why a fucking 100 burgerbuck special edition is like three extra costumes and some in-game cash you can earn by playing normally.
>>375776583
Because that last one is at least relevant to fucking video games, you stupid shithead. Fuck off to any number of places to talk about serious issues.
>>375776583
What company owns the water?
>>375776583
You can't trademark water dumbfuck.
>>375779487
You CAN trademark technology that makes water usable. The problem is just ruining the water supply for everyone else.
>>375776786
Parts of this speech sounds like the catalyst to humanity's downfall, everyone sitting in their houses in a lazy and self-fulfilling reality.
You've made this thread how many times now? It's not getting less retarded. Good job.
>>375776704
Quite the opposite: besides the Official Worst Company(tm), everyone else should be free to do whatever they want. Only an entitled shitter would disagree.
>>375776583
Wait a second what is the title of this board again?
Is it /v/ - Corporate Policies and Economics ?
Or is it /v/ - Video Games ?
>>375779487
>>375779647
You can trademark water. You're probably thinking patents.
>>375776583
Don't you get tired of making the exact same threads every now and then?
How sad
oh it's a /v/ intellectual property thread!
>>375779487
you can trademark "water" in a given domain if it's a fanciful mark being used for a product unrelated to water. water itself isn't a mark, it's a tangible thing, so trademark laws don't apply to it
>>375779647
that is a patent, not a trademark
it's been fun kids, remember never to represent yourself in court! see you next time!!!!!!!
>>375780551
Is that why you bumped it and replied to it you shit for brains?
