Bethesda says 20 to 30 hours, but I quite doubt that. You can probably finish it in under 15 hours if you just follow the quest markers even if you're not speedrunning.

The areas revealed so far are:
*Simulation lab (where you start, small area)
Lobby (first major hub, leads to areas marked *)
*Workshop (get propulsion system for microgravity situations like GUTS/outside)
*Psychotronics (get scope, learn powers)
GUTS
Arboretum
Crew Quarters

There's also:
1, the outside of the ship at some point, but I'm not exactly sure when (aside from some sidequests it seems to be for fast travel mostly).
2, the security area where you rescue Igwe and help the head of sec fight off a bunch of typhons

There's going to be quite a bit of going back to previous areas, since you get the simulation lab safe code in the lobby, and Alex's office is in arboretum (and is probably where the game's ending takes place).
Plus, if the 4chan leaks are true, you have to backtrack all over to get Coral in order to wipe out the typhon.

Basically like Dishonored. A typical run is like 8-10 hours. A casual stealth run would be 15-20. Same as Deus Ex HR/MD.
