Who the fuck would buy a gaming PC without knowing what to do with it in advance? I bought one because most games I'm interested in are multiplats anyway and current-gen consoles didn't appeal to me at all + some other reasons.

But yeah, 1200 dollars on a PC is overkill, you can get a nice gaymen setup with a good mouse, decent keyboard and a simple 144hz panel and a GPU capable of running it for under 1000 bucks, way less if you buy things like CPU and monitor used. You can game 1080p 60fps for the next 5 years for probably less than 500 bucks if you can find a good deal. Ultra settings are a meme for idiots.
