For me it's Nagito Komaeda- intelligent, kawaii and with a wicked sense of hope

I feel like they heavily changed his backstory at the least minute because he was too morally gray and not outright evil like Shido.

His S-Link progression makes no goddamn sense, and he goes completely out of character right before his boss fight.
