you can just pick wk, afk jungle farm first 20 mins, buy radiance, auto attack mid teamfights and win

As someone who still plays and doesn't just circlejerk "dead" game. I hover around 3K.

At my level the best solo heroes are:

- Slark
- Invoker
- Shadowfiend
- Legion

Essentially anything that can snowball or has a good escape mechanism that lets you dominate the mid game without allies cos they sure as fuck aren't helping you. Of course at higher MMR I imagine there are tier lists.
