To be fair, it's $20 for both DLCs. The one this summer, and this winter. But yeah, they do.

20$ for season pack, it includes:

-3 bonus chests available in the great plateau

-DLC Pack 1, the one just detailed yesterday, with the sword challenge, map tracker, fast-travel medallion, hard mode, new clothes, releasing this summer (august)

-DLC Pack 2 new story, new dungeon and something else, to release on holidays

You can't buy them separately (at least as of now, who knows later what nintendo decides)
