Patch that came out two weeks ago fixed A LOT of performance issues such that it was night and day different.

I was wary of buying this game b/c early access but I'd say it's worth the $30. New content is being added all the time.

I agree, this is GOTY 2017. I can see myself playing the game to foreseeable future, all the way to 2020+ if they continue update the game. Gameplay is just so deep and thrilling I haven't seen anything like this before. As black guy I would only love to see more different races as players characters.

Long Dark was a pretty good game that's early access

I love the game, and if they hold true to their promise of fixing the server lag/desync then it'll feel pretty complete.

There's still a lot of cool shit they could add though
