Go check for Windows updates. I had an issue where the store would crash on hitting the install button and that solved the problem.

I had a similar problem op.

I had to go into windows firewall advanced settings and there was a bunch of IPs listed as TRACKING IP XXXXXXXXX that i had to whitelist to have windows store work.
