God, I remember when I finally Uninstalled. Was already pissed off because the game was bs at the time. Meta was tanks and it was torture, especially with the people that acted like bitches online. I generally didn't like to talk to my team unless they seemed fun and chill. Even staying silent wasn't enough to calm the whiners/feeders.

Took a week break from the game and came back. First game back and nothing changed in terms of the balancing and the community. The league community just had something about it that made me hate it the most. I quit mid match and uninstalled. Been over a year since I last played. Felt so good to just not care anymore. Played from season 2-6 and was finally free.

The actual mechanics of her abilities were not complex but using them at the right time, on the right person, and fast as fuck were crucial.

Garen is a simple character too, but if you jump the wrong person with Garen it's really not a big deal.
With Kat you get absolutely fucked if you make a mistake.
Except now what she does is so bizarrely dependent on positioning that none of the same skills are emphasized and it's more about just baiting your opponent into your daggers.

That's less about the mechanics of the champion and more about the general game sense though. Simple characters can be played bad, I.E old Katarina. But being good isn't about mastering some secret trick or landing hard skill shots. It's about knowing when to go in and who to jump, when to click R and what cds are up for your enemy. Like every other simple champion.

I think it is, but it's not for everyone. The long matches can tilt you pretty bad if you're playing with people you dislike, especially if you lose.
