Yes, inquisitive have access to nearly any imperium tech. Yes, other humans have access to powered armor.

That's not the fucking point.

1. Grey Knights are comprised almost exclusively of space marine terminators, with the force Halberd being their signature weapon. This is a grey knight weapon with the mark of the inquisition being wielded by a user in space marine terminator armor, bearing the colors of a grey knight. Only space marines can use space marine armor, due to the absolutely 100% necessary interface between the armor servos and the space marines black carapace.

2. If that user is a female, it is wrong. Females are not space marines. The only female analog that is even remotely close to the space marines are the adeptas sororitas. Though they're bad as fuck, they possess nowhere near the complex genetic engineering, nor the biomechanical augmentation, nor the lethality of a space marine.

3. If that user is an average human inquisitor, it is wrong. Though the grey knights are of the Ordo Hereticus, a branch of the inquisition, inquisitors are not space marines.

Any autist here is either baiting or has no clue about 40k lore if theyre telling you that a non-adeptus astartes is capable of using space marine armor, which the normal human lacks the proportions to even fit inside properly, much less meet the bodily proportions to wear a much larger set of terminator armor.
