Was Akechi the one who murdered Wakaba Isshiki? Given that she underwent a mental shutdown, and that it happened three years before the game started, it coincides perfectly around the time Akechi gained his powers.

It's probably a dumb question because he was the only one who could get into the metaverse, but I'm confused as to why no one figures it out if that's the case.

I was a bit disappointed with Futabas awakening, specially after i learned that her Palace is not the usual type and its much more of a P4 situation where her shadow build a palace. Imo it shouldve been more akin to what P4 was, accepting her shadow, even if she did so in the end it was not as clear as in P4 that her shadow opposed her, it felt more like her shadow wanted to be a part of her unlike your typical shadow that wants to be their own self. That said, I can understand tho why they didnt want to put a rerun of P4 inside this game.

But did you actually try and see whether or not you'd still rank up next time regardless of the music notes? Getting those doesn't always mean anything. Sometimes you get some and they're completely worthless because you already have enough to rank up. You get those when you're already on Rank 10 and it can't go any higher. You get them with Mishima for answering in certain ways even though his confidant ALWAYS ranks up and the points don't actually matter.
