Is there any good reason why Morgana couldn't have stayed female other than them having to ditch his stupid one sided infatuation with Ann? We could have maybe had something interesting instead of a slightly less annoying version of Teddie.

The point of Ultra Beasts were that they were extradimmensional monsters. They even had to make a unique "poke ball" to capture them. They all look very abstract, while some just look like plain alien creatures (mosquito man, jellyfish thing, and insect women), while one of them just looks like a kid's nightmare monster (the giant mouth thing)
