You'll never guess what I'm going to give Lucina for her birthday!

Can someone redpill me on Fates and conquest? Im planning on getting one of them and I have recently seen some People saying things about fates being worst then conquest.

Can any of you tell me why and If you can't keep it spoiler free then thats okay

Reason Im asking is because I Just finished awakening last week and I had fun with it, and yes I played it on casual since it was my first game, Planning to play lunatic mode classic just for the hell of it

I assume you mean Birthright when you say Fates. Birthright is like Awakening with optional grinding and generic open map design. Story is mediocre. Conquest has good map design, no grinding option, and a fucking abysmal story.

Pretty much this.

BR is worth a playthrough if you enjoyed Awakening. Fun cast, okay story, pretty great mechanics and some average-decent maps.

Conquest is worth a playthrough if you can skip over the horrendous plot and a handful of truly awful, out of place, characters. The mechanics of Fates truly shine and the maps are really damn good.

I'm the only one on /v/ who defends Revelations, but I find it to be a good mix of the two. It's got maps around similar difficulty to Conquest, but you can grind if you need to.
