Why we haven't developed competent AI secretaries like Navis yet
I mean we have Siri and Cortana but they are just voices and aren't customizable
I would be satisfied even with one that can't talk and just displays text

Use your noggins, guys. Navis are incredibly inefficient. They are literally the definition of looks over functionality. Look how long it takes to do the simplest things in Battle Network.

If MMBN were still relevant, chances are we might have gotten a basic NetNavi app by now. And by basic, I mean literally just for show, nothing more than a pretty animated wallpaper and maybe something that googles shit for you.

I wouldn't mind a NetNavi with chatbot-style learning capabilities, though. Seems like it'd be super comfy taking time out each day to teach a customizable Navi how to communicate, and it's not like this exact thing doesn't exist right now for PCs.
