Bonesaw's Jak run was pretty great, it was very representative of a bunch of friends playing games while tired as fuck. Felt a lot like the old GDQs.

Of course AGDQ can't stand fun so he's banned from the next couple years' events.

I've tried, and you can tell that it is way more sterilized and no-fun allowed since around 2014. Its kind of sad that they went that route, since I did enjoy seeing some of the more fun moments or runs.

So im sitting shirtless shitposting on /r/samandtolki at 5am when suddenly I feel a hand place itself on my right shoulder. And my immediate thought is "thats cosmo's hand". It felt so large as it was covering my entire trap and shoulder.

Logically I knew this couldn't be possible. I don't believe in ghosts, and I don't really believe in an afterlife either. But in a situation like that you want to believe.

So I looked over my shoulder and I saw nothing, I spun around in my chair and still nothing. I stood up and looked around my apartment and nothing seemed different and nothing changed. And I said into the dark empty apartment "Cosmo?".

Obviously no one answered. But I do remember smelling the smell of Soylent. Cosmo was a chain drinker, he went through 5 bottles a day of the stuff. And I remember smelling that. But after a few minutes standing there, staring into nothing, listening and hoping. I realized I was being an idiot.

I sat back down and starting typing in the top secret /r/samandtolki discord about what just happened. As im telling people in the chat what just happened, I feel the exact same hand place itself on my shoulder again.

This time I have enough sense to not turn around, but I do see green nail polish out of the corner of my eye. So I just sit there and say "I miss you Cosmo". Then as soon as I say that, the feeling of the hand fades away until its gone.
