Then go for 80~90 STR/90+ AGI/70 DEX. Essentially you should cap your stats keeping the job bonuses in mind. So AGI for example, with job 70, should end up with something like 89+11 AGI, etc

the gear for either is kinda interchangable, for the most part if pvm either just get defensive stuff and hug the bard you are partying with. Your other option is to just build like a hunter and get 150 or 160 dex without buffs, your arrow vulcan can hit hard if you quad card a rope like a composite bow.
