You have everything on gbatemp, it was done by some hacking group from Brazil and it just got released.

Before anything:
- Have a SD card with at least the size of the game you want to install
- Have a USB storage formatted on the Wii U format
- ONLY install games of your REGION
- One game at time

Now put the files on the SD: HBL and WUP (on 'apps' folder) AND create a folder 'install' on the root and put the game files.

1 - Use kernel exploit, open HBL and open WUP
2 - Press X and wait for it to complete the installing, don't worry about the %
3 - When it's done it will exit to HBL screen, exit it and the game will be installed

Need the SD card to hold the game install files and the USB to install the game to.

If you dont have an SD card or anything like a MicroSD with SD Adapter you're shit out of luck for the moment.
