Distance is fun with a great soundtrack, but not much else. They need to add a gamemode like in Trackmania for that game to really take off. I got 10 hours in the game, don't regret buying it, but waiting wouldn't have hurt.
Slime Rancher is supposed to be devoid of content.
Hero Siege is fun, apparently? DLC fest.
Long Dark is comfy survival without annoying children, Early Access seems to have gone on forever though.

Dont know what else to get. Budget is £20, I can drop mirrors edge since I have disc version from years ago, just thought I'd get it in steam for convenience.

I got it this sale and it's much better than the original I think. I hope xen gets finished as well, but it seems like the development team adopted "valve time" so knows when or if we'll get it. But as it stands now it's a faithful remake that I would have believed valve themselves realeased it in the time frame of half-life 2 if I didn't know better.

how is Vermintide? i liked l4d and was looking for a new co-op multiplayer game. the game seems to have some grinding aspects which i'm fine with. what are the population and matchmaking like? i decided against buying Payday 2 because i got sick of "failed to connect to lobby" and trying to find a working game more than actually playing the game myself.

how is Dishonored's DLC? as i understand it there's one where you play as the other guy who has magic powers, but it looks like there's another one that's just kind of a lazy arena with guys put in with no story or anything. thinking i'll just pick up the other 2.

Dishonored's DLC is amazing and worth the price. It's six missions overall so nearly an entire other campaign. All the new powers are sweet and the protagonist is interesting. If you haven't gotten that far yet, you play as the Empress's assassin.
