It's on a title-by-title basis, really. Bayo2 for instance has unsync'd audio, SM3DW has terrible loading (and not just starting up the game), TPHD has 10 seconds between area changes...

It's due to SD card random access speed too so it'll never be improved until we have USB access which means IOSU anyway, and when IOSU is out, loadiine is completely irrelevant at that point

It's a best effort solution at best. It's amazing what it can do but I can't enjoy most games with it, little things annoy me too much

fail0verflow said something that made a lot of sense when they announced they weren't going release any public Wii U exploits. Back when the Wii and PSP was hacked in 2006 and the PS3 a few years later there wasn't really many HTPCs or ways to play emulators on the go. Nowadays everybody can run emulators on cheap android devices and you can get a rasberry pi to do all the homebrew shit people would want on their Wii U. So there's very little reason to develop explots for modern consoles beyond piracy.

It's disc locked content in the literal sense, but as they're doing it freely they don't have money to gain from it.
