There is nothing wrong with gamebryo, just Bethesda's incompetence. And it's Creation btw, as much as people don't like to believe it Creation is not Gamebryo. Bethesda only used the graphics renderer of Gamebryo for their games which they then replaced for Skyrim. The actual engine the game is running on is called Creation, based off NetImmerse, which was original used as Morrowind's engine.

All the bugs and glitches and instability and other weird shit that happens in Bethesda games is a result of Bethesda, not the engine they use.

It's not. Based Streamer used the FOV command and it works.

Not really worried about bugs, the shitty story, bland dialogue, dated graphics ect. I can ignore that or in the case of the graphics just mod it away.

But that gunplay looks boring, like the same shit from FO3 and vanilla NV all over again. I was hoping for something a bit more involved this time but it seems it's still invisible dice rolls and boring weapons that don't feel like they have any real impact until the target abruptly dies.

While nv was developed by black isle bethesda still oversaw the development and had the final say. For example they made Black Isle set it after the events of 3 rather than between 2 and 3. They could have easily made black isle make the super mutants chaotic evil but they didn't. And choosing not to do something is as much of a choice as choosing to do something.
