TIME FOR THE CUBE
why? Because 2^3 is 12 obviously
ITT: we discuss the best cube and best gaming plataform in the entire 3d universe
wiiU fags need not to apply
Why nobody liked The Cube when it came out?
>tfw never had friends that played The Cube to play Custom Robo
>tfw they only wanted to play Smash
dumping with The Cube art
There was absolutely no reason for graphical progress to go beyond that which was demonstrated by 6th generation consoles. After them came the era of diminishing returns. Instead, innovation should have gone into reducing the price of hardware and development, as well as other factors.
suffer with me friends
>People actually murdered A Cube to do this shit
But the Dreamcast was miles better than the Gamecube.
Looking back, it's astounding just how many things the Dreamcast got right, and how far ahead of its time it was for a console.
anon I love Master race as much as anyone but let's not pretend that everything just works like it does on the original hardware.
>Owning third party peripherals
Dreamcast had one of the most unique yet unpopularised libraries out there. Some of its games were incredibly innovative and ambitious.
That's what bug fixes are for. With enough time spent and refining done you eventually arrive at a product that is better than the original. Take PS1 emulators, for example.
The Wii was soooooooo much better than it.
Nah. Still would take the GC anyday.
>PS2 better than the SNES
Even the most superb PS2 games don't compare in quality to the best SNES games. The fourth generation was an era were developers did their best into developing their games.
And that's coming from a PS2 fanboy.
Who emulates SNES on PS2
Yeah, that's what happened after it went tits up.
Alot of the less well-known games on it are still exclusive though, like Sword of the Berserk: Guts' Rage
It still has the best version of Soul Calibur and Skies Of Arcadia too, because they fucked up the soundtrack on the GC version.
Mods deleted my last thread because '>For Free' so I might as well ask here
Just got the Dolphin emulator, what Gamecube games should I play? I've only played
>Super Mario Sunshine
>Pokemon Gale of Darkness
>Super Smash Bros Melee
>Prefers retarded face buttons
>Prefers shitty tiny d-pad\
>Prefers no select button
>Prefers no second left shoulder button
>Prefers bad secondary stick
Waggle wasn't bad either, unless you were playing a shit game.
SSX 3 & Tricky
Zelda Twilight Princess
All the available Resident Evil games
Skies of Arcadia
Star Fox Assault
Megaman X: Command Mission
Beyond Good and Evil
Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc
Those are some on top of my head
Eh, didn't find much wrong with the GC controller maybe except the d-pad. We might as well agree to disagree just to prevent something that'll eventually go nowhere for the two of us. We could still agree that the joysticks for both were a step up over the N64's right?
How about I slap your shit?
>Own 4 GBA's
>4 1st party GBA-cube cables
>Actual copy of FF:CC on disc
Four swords ISO on my Wii SD card Nobody ever comes over and plays FF with me.
HOW ABOUT I SLAP YOUR SHIT
>Not Silver Master
My card is being blocked by eShop so I am not gonna go digital, I have sensor bars and shit around, and white Wii U goes with my White Wii well.
And it is not like I hooked a 300 gig HDD to it anyway.
It's not all games I have, I could not take photo.
I do not have a copy of Luigi though, do have
PALCopy of smash though.
And then I got a Wii and modded it so buying games is more passe to me.
I just posted how I own 4 GBA's and cables and multitudes of multiplayer games.
I just lack friends that want to come over to my house and actually play.
Am I the only who thought the Gameboy player was absolutely fantastic? I mean, it's esencially the same hardware but I don't know, it felt like GBA was supposed to play like that. The frames, the speed. I just love it.
Meanwhile the Wii GBA emulator is fucking shit and freezes.
I remember that the GC came out with the first wireless controller I ever saw and they had a commercial where some kid is playing with it at the dinner table...
I remember my mind being blown because of that. A WIRELESS FUCKING CONTROLER HOLY SHIT
Well you answered there, actual gba hardware vs. emulation, especially on Wii which does not have advantages of being widely supported x86 so porting emulation code is not perfect to it, and entirely homebrew effort.
Though, TFW GBplayers are costly as fuck, and most of the time do not have the disc.
