>There are people planning non-lethal in MGSV
>There are people who will disrespect their fallen brothers and won't avenge them using the blades made from their bodies and souls
Why are these people allowed to live, /v/?
>I won't scatter your sorrow to the heartless sea. I will always be with you
I'm going full out lethal in TPP. Sheep? Fuck fulton, i'm going to slaughter them right there and then. Child soldiers? Check. Soviets? Check. Mujahadeen? Check.
Everything that i'm allowed to kill, i kill. I will be using Mother Base to the fullest this time. There'll be artillery support in every mission.
I won't cast their ashes to the heartless sea
Only problem with going lethal in MGSV is that'll you'll be reminded every five minutes
>NOOOOO, you killed that guy? B rank
The mission system should have stayed in PW. Save ranks for when we beat the game (and have them be titles instead of letters)
I'm going to snag a nuke the very first chance i get. Fuck the them all.
Let the world fear us all, it's just a means to an end.
It's point based
If you want to go lethal, you'll need to speedrun that shit, never be seen, and rescue every single PoW you see. That's another thing, time should not factor into rank if I was never spotted.
>Everyone honouring their fallen Mother Base comrades
Form your ranks! For Armageddooooooooooon!
Big Boss is a hero to those who live in the battlefield, they are all his brothers even if they don't know it yet: it's the entire point of why the Motherbase exists.
There's no need to slaughter the soldiers simply doing the bidding of the real enemies.
>"I will be using Mother Base to the fullest this time"
>by making sure it is totally unmanned
This is the first Metal Gear Solid since 1 where I'm seriously considering a full lethal run. I'm still going full stealth, not just running and gunning. But hot damn, my knife is going to get some use this time
Why would you necessarily be out for the blood of the Slavs or Mujahideen? I'm gunning down every XOF soldier I come into contact with, though. I'm going to scatter their sorrow all over the place.
Same here. I'm going nuclear and loving it. Wonder how it will be acquired - through R&D, stealing a warhead, purchased from a shady country?
Wouldn't that be something? Goddamn this is going to be GOAT.
I'd do that too, with glee, if its allowed.
>Doing random missions
>"Would you like to pilot Zeke for this mission, Boss?"
>Proceed to step on every motherfucker I see
>Roar like REX at the end
Fuck, imagine using your nuke in Outer Ops mission #999 with difficulty rank S+++++ and completely obliterating the enemy in 1 fell swoop.
However, in the MGS canon, was a Metal Gear actually successful in using a nuke? I reckon the most we can do with our nukes is use them to add some serious defense points to Mother Base
>implying that we haven't rescued well over 200 POWs from Camp Omega
>inferring we don't have preorder bonuses for both GZ and TPP which will certainly come with Mother Base recruits
What do I need a bunch of Arabs and Slavs for? I'm going to have a fully staffed base from the get go. You have 100% GZ, haven't you, good anon? It's how Kaz would want it.
>they take out strategic targets, making the area devoid of enemies but the remaining ones are all on edge so are easily startled
Not in the lore, no, but I don't see why they wouldn't let you. It's a gameplay thing. It'd probably carry with it some serious bad karma in-game like a shitload of people abandoning you or getting a nigh-unbeatable strike force of multiple countries pushing your shit in, though.
>Controlling Rex in MGS4
>Realizing they already have the basics worked out for MG missions
KNOCK KNOCK FUCKERS
IT'S OUTER HEAVEN
>people in this thread thinking they understand Big Boss and are doing him justice by doing a lethal run
are you massive faggots kidding me? the only thing big boss gives a shit about is soldiers doing the bidding of political entities and being their bitches. even now he wouldn't want you to cut down all of those enemy soldiers, he'd just want you to be extremely sadistic in your murder of the fuckers in charge
christ, you niggers even play MGS3?
>continually launch nukes while actively recruiting
>effectively filtering out all the pussies
>eventually you're left with a full staff of diehard extremists who will die for you
Yeah, I've redeemed it, but I'm an Amerifat, if that makes a difference. The instructions, along with the code, are printed on the paper insert that is inside the case. Y-you did buy physical, didn't you?
You even played Ground Zeroes? Mother Base got BTFO, this is the game where Naked Snake truly becomes Big Boss, and not Saladin Big Boss, but the demon we come to know in MG. The attack was carried out with help from the UN. Everyone is out to get us. There's no honour any more, everyone's going to pay.
>Able to name your organization with custom logos like in Armoured Core
>Play TPP with ISIS
I know man, fuck. /v/ is retarded when it comes to MGS.
>le no kills whatsoever
>le honourable gentlemen
Fuck that. There's a reason the games always default to lethal weapons after cutscenes, even when you remove them from your inventory.
Yeah i did, but the site 404s and it says come early 2015. Checked the FAQ, it says it cant be redeemed yet.
Not to mention everything shown to us as of yet indicates that EVERYONE'S sick of being a pussy faget about things. "Shoot them in the fucking head" seems to be everyone's go-to in TPP.
Huh, must be a Europe thing then. Mine's in there and ready to go. It says to come back early 2015 (when the game releases) to claim the bonus.
>Enemies can have sniper teams
>Having randomly occurring sniper duels innadesert
I was actually disappointed those assassination targets in GZ weren't going to snipe me; it seemed like a missed opportunity and I hope they pick it up in TPP.
>mfw the boss battle with Quiet randomly occurs with no warning as you come under fire
Just wondering who engineer the betrayal of Big Boss, sure Skullface did it but he can't be the only one. All the equipment all the intel given to Skullface, there must be some group or some one to it.
Cipher is the mastermind. Skullface may have had a hand, but GZ's ending left me with the impression that
he's a third party. I think he'd even be willing to join Big Boss if we can do something about Zero.
He helped engineer Large Leader's downfall, but when it cost him his arm and leg he got fucking pissed and decided to betray Cipher.
Hence why Ocelot killed him in MGS1 to further tide over the Patriots.
>"Snake, it seems like her heat signature is hidden somehow! You won't be able to use your radar or even thermal goggles to find her; you'll have to rely entirely on your binoculars and camouflage."
>rip audio from this http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=c0c_1377268854
>use it as your helicopter song
I have a gut feeling that Big Boss will "forgive" Skull Face enough to get closer to ZEKE (hijacked by Skull for Zero) and when Big Boss has got everything he needs, he'll brutally murder Skull Face for his destruction of Mother Base.
It makes sense because Skull Face is never mentioned in the other games, meaning he ain't surviving TPP for sure.
Yeah, him or Konami. Something like "the POWs you rescue in GZ will make a difference to your team in TPP".
>implying they'd do anything to scare away the casuals or prevent them from beating the game
The inevitable prison escape sequence will probably be shit
Makes me wonder if that were to be the case - and I actually like that idea - if Kojima would drop the whole introduction cutscene before a boss fight and would have you land directly in a boss-fight without any warning whatsoever:
>oh Snake, make love with me
>n-not now Kaz
>I SEE YOU LIKE PLAYING SUPER CAWADOOTY CASTLE-SUNSHINE
If it's anything like GZ, playing full lethal will be fucking easy as hell.
I played GZ like you're supposed to play a MGS and it was hard as fuck and fucking tense. I cleared the mission with a shitty fucking score because I'm shit at stealth even though I love it.
Then, I replayed first mission in full lethal mode. I just ran in like motherfucking Rambo and mowed everything in my path with ammo.
Not only did I finish the mission in something like 20 minutes, but I had plenty of time to get everything on site and rescue everybody and it tok no efforts.
Playing stealth reveals how smart the A.I can be and how easily it is to be spotted.
But on alert mode, A.I is batshit retarded. I remember just throwing a grenade at the infiltration point to get an alert, then just wait for the military personel to come investiagte and I'd snipe them all until there were none left and they'd go 2hurrr nothing wrong lol!"
Then I spent a good 5 minutes mowing down every vehicle with the anti-air gatling.
I won'T deny, it was fun in its own right, but the game will be fucking boring since it's...you know, DESIGNED AFTER STEALTH AND EVADING DIRECT CONFLICT!
I think they should go further with it than that, and make health no longer regenerate while in combat (taking fire). Probably, slow the regen down some too. Otherwise, it's really going to screw up boss fights, especially a potential sniper battle.
Uh anon, the mission system doesn't work like that in TPP.
They said you just kind of do objectives as you find opportunities for them whilst going towards main objectives.
Besides, you can fulton in equipment on the fly now, so you could easily change equipment behind cover.
It kind of saddens me that the mother base isn't going to be the happy place it was in PW. I'd really pay money for a Mother base simulator on the time frame of PW, playing futbol with members of the MSF, hanging out with chico, eating Mexican food made by Paz and Cécile... I-I... I'll never know that feeling...life truly is suffering.
I forgot to mention I got something like a B rank for playing like this even though I got detected a million times because the points you lose for alerts and kills is ridiculous compared to the ammount you lose for taking your time and playing stealth mode.
I'm not gonna lethal or non-lethal, i'm just gonna try and decide who gets to live or die on a per-soldier basis.
Soviet soldier just keeping watch in a prison camp? Live. XOF soldiers? Die. Child soldiers? Live. Invaders to mother base? Die.
>friend played MGS5 GZ and didn't like it
yeah alight I understand since it's his first MGS game, the length being the first problem and the missing features from previous games but besides that it's pretty so--
>the graphics are bad
>the controls are inconsistent
has anyone else noticed this? I haven't and I'm sure he's talking out of his ass
This is probably what I'm gonna do too.
I'm honestly hoping for some kind of Questlog like
Skyrimwhere you can just cycle between active objectives on the fly, and you only need to go back to Mother Base when you need/want to
>not killing child soldiers
u a foggot 'er something?
Oh man, that would be fucking based. I have a huge black beard myself and I'll even put on one of these.
After getting Mother Base destroyed, Big Boss turned to the most hardcore of all DEMONS to serve Ultimate Justice to the infidels...
Talking out his ass. Met this friend of a friend the other day. Asked him what he thought of the MGS series as he said he's really into gaming.
He said it's overrated garbage and utter shit. I asked how so. He said he played a few mins of Peace Walker on the PSP and found it shit.
Literally disregarded every opinion of his from there on out.
>Soviet soldier just keeping watch in a prison camp?
You kidding me? Every single mother fucker who's keeping Kaz captive is either A: getting a bullet in their head or B: getting their aorta severed
Oh, i'm recruiting all of them. Pure-blood American soldiers who come invading Mother Base will have a hard time shooting my army of child soldiers and poisonous hamsters in the cardboard box maze.
The guys guarding camps like 3km away from Kaz's position don't know shit.
The guards outside his cell who most likely torture him every night are getting a swift shot to both kneecaps and then being left to bleed out.
Don't forget they fucking took his arm and leg. Make them pay, Boss.
>AC after Brotherhood
I fucking hate these kind of people. Let me guess, he loved WatchFrogs too?
I played it on the Ps3. I'm a mustard race by choice and have a decent rig and, to me, the graphics were ok, then again, I'm not a graphic whore, so who knows.
I had some issues with the controls, nothing serious, but sometimes Vic boss would stick to walls way too much, they should tone that down a little. But they weren't inconsistent at all.
Overall, I really liked it, of course I didn't payed for it (CFW console master race), which might be the reason why I wasn't bothered by how short it was.
I'm really looking forward to play TPP
Yeah the wall sticking is shitty. I'm not much of a graphic whore either but I get annoyed at sub-par visuals, GZ definitely impressed me since it was on PS3.
For reference, retard friend played on PS4.
WatchCocks is shit, DaS2 wasn't over hyped, but still disappointing due to the downgrade (i enjoyed it too) but spent an hour trying to get into WD and just couldn't. Felt too fucking bland and repetitive.
> driving around Afghanistan
> playing this sweet ass cruising music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxW0n5Fe5CY
> suddenly the music starts fading
> sounds start fading, too
> Ocelot via codec desperately cries out, "John, there's a sn-"
> codec fades away too
> everything lacks sound
> then a shot rings out
> sound is restored immediately
> "John! Are you okay? There's a sniper in your area! Be careful, damn it!"
The Ps4 does look much better. Maybe your friend is just a graphic whore, I usually jump from old games to newer ones, I was playing Arx Fatalis a couple of weeks ago, now I'm with Max Payne 3, and I enjoyed both on their own merit.
Bottom line: Your friend is a shithead.
Shit, i forgot.
But being co-founder and chief operator of one of the most powerful and feared mercenary group in the world does bring the wrong attention so you'll need bodyguards either way.
>Not nuclear bombs
Now this is what I call Nuclear
Do you reckon we'll get to fight Ocelot?
Considering sparring with your soldiers is possible, the dynamic between BB and Ocelot, and the fact that we don't know what he'll be doing in the story yet, I really hope so.
Maybe as a serious fight after Snake goes off the rails (unlikely), a friendly 'getting back into shape' match, hell maybe Ocelot 'betrays' you. I'd just really love more Ocelot fighting
Only after they've been introduced to Mr. Ocelot and his pals car battery and nipple clamps, only after they're broken shells of men more reminiscent of drones, would they be allowed to reclaim some honor by suicide bombing XOF positions.
Chances are the game won't let me do that though.
instead of snackbar they scream "I'M NUCLEAAAAAR" before detonating
I've been doing a lot of side stuff in WD and it hasn't felt that bland. Then again Ass Creed 1 didn't feel bland until after I finished it and thought "wow i sure did a lot of the same shit for hours and hours"
He is a graphics whore but then he says shit like PS4 version of AC4 blows it out of the water.
CQC sparing with your troops sounds fun as fuck.
I used to love doing the recruit missions in Peace Walker. I would make sure BB was wearing either a T-Shirt or topless to full on beat them down.
Friendly sparring, sure. But nothing more than that. Ocelot was ultra loyal to Big Boss; he wouldn't go through all that shit from MGS1-4 for no reason.
However, i'm curious as to what he was up to during MG-MGS1
Do you fags even remember the basics of CQC?
>knock out Ocelot and throw him ocean as a gag
>he refuses to talk to you on codec
>he smashes the radio
>you can't codec anyone else until you get your R&D guys to make another radio
>Not listening to this while you're driving round innadesert
>game lets you choose custom death quotes for DD members
>Bury me upside down so the world can kiss my ass
>Frog blast the vent core!
I bet you don't even live in a desert, casual.
I'm not doubting he COULD do that, I just don't know why he would. Then again why does Ocelot do anything
We still don't know his motivations during this time. He's loyal to Big Boss, but at this point he's also working for Cipher, and doesn't break away until after MG2
Or something. I wish they'd make the whole Patriots/Big Boss/Zero thing more clear, you find out in MGS4 the basics, then you go back to the 70s/80s and suddenly you're fighting Cipher, and it's so unclear what going on between BB and Zero
>launch a nuke
>get your ass Hiroshima'd by 3 nations
Usually with Metal Gear games I go no kill run first playthrough then fuck around with the equipment second playthrough.
>PS4 version of AC4 blows it out of the water
Well, stop being nice to your friend, what's more, stop being friends altogether. He isn't a graphic's whore, he is just a console retard.
Plus, you don't need him as a friend, we will be your friends, the only friends you will ever need!
/v/ should get together and assemble our own MSF!
>tfw we would be fighting over every single detail
>tfw we would be dying of starvation on a week
>tfw our oil platform would filled with shit and sinking
>tfw there would be no qte3.14 Paz or Cécile, just a bunch of overweight faggots and maybe, if we are lucky, some decent looking trap.
God, it would be awful...
>nonlethal is even possible
It's like they really don't give a shit about the game they're making.
Screw monkeys. I'm gonna keep only dangerous and/or badass animals.
>Birds of prey
>yfw you can have an open-topped zoos and aquariums and throw invaders into them, then watch the animals tear them apart
>tfw I have a parody of the ISIS flag as my pic on Blops2
If you use nukes you will get the bad ending.
Other countries will team up, knowing you have nukes, and will nuke you to prevent you from destroying the world.
You will die in the base during the attack.
You will be nuclear.
Penultimo, I'm already a demon.
This. His first name is Benedict for crying out loud.
I'll try my utmost to spare lives but No Alarms is my first priority. The catch? I'll be carrying lethal weapons only. If I fuck up my stealth, I'll be forced to take a life. How's that?
Has anyone set this as their Helicopter Music yet? I imagine it would be based as fuck extracting from a warzone with this playing.
HOLY SHIT I really hope Ocelot calls him John throughout the game. I hope there's a ton of bromance shit between those two because Ocelot is my main nigga
>yfw the first time you realise that they respawn
Does anyone remember Codetalker? What'd you think the guy'll do?
Will he be the Raven of TPP? He'll be like, "come here child" and touch Big Boss and he'll end up almost dying after seeing visions of Outer Heaven, Big Boss becoming a demon, his legacy and the effect on Liquid. I bet he'll see Solid Snake in a vision too.
>dying after seeing visions of Outer Heaven, Big Boss becoming a demon, his legacy and the effect on Liquid. I bet he'll see Solid Snake in a vision too.
Actually, ever since MGS1 I thought that in reality Snake does kill quite a few people, and that non-lethal speedruns are the exaggerated, impossible to live up to legends that Snake himself so often refers to.
>Loneliness is something that seeps into the cracks of your heart. Boredom is what causes those cracks to appear.
>Implying killing random soldiers who are just doing their job will mean anything to my fallen brothers who were random soldiers just doing their job
Heads will fall OP but only the right ones.
already posted this in an old thread but
>fulton a sheep
>hop of the heli back to mother base
>ocelot approaches snake with sheep in tow
>"john, why do we need this? really?"
>"field work can make a man pretty hungry, adamska"
>ocelot just gives snake a deadpan expression while the sheep gnaws on his duster
>yfw all the S rank soldiers out in the field were involved with MSF's downfall
So I am playing MGS for the firts time since MGS2 on PS2 years ago, with the paid demo that was GZ, and I actually think the gameplay is pretty cool, how long does the guards sleeps? Do they wake up if I fuck around to much on the base?
Revenge before Reason, my friend. Revenge before Reason.
Better to live with mediocre soldiers than to live with the regret of failing your former comrades who gave their lives to uphold your dream.
>Not enacting revenge for your fallen comrades
>mfw when there will be parts of the story where you have to choose what to do with a rebellious recruit
>mfw when Kaz and Ocelot taunt you
>"Boss, what's your decision?"
>"Boss, you need to make the decision now."
>"Boss, what's the plan?"
Killing them? heh. Fuck that. I'd rather torture them into wanting to die. All that we've lost... I will seek revenge.
Oh we have a tough guy here huh....... *unsheathes my twin katanas* Well, let's see how tough you really are! *jumps into the air* TAAAAKE THIIIIIIIIIIIIS *spins around and slashes your face open* Not so tough now, huh????? *grabs you and throws you up* It's time to finish this little charade *holds my katanas above my head* YOU ARE FINIIIIISHEEEEEEEED!!!!!!!!!!! *jumps upwards so that you get impaled on my swords* Heh.... easy.....
I am surprised you didn't just throw in some tipping of the fedora with a mix of that feel when and ending it with a nothing personal
You know because you're trying so hard to fit in and all
Slicing throats is pretty useless now unless you are wanting the pure satisfaction out of it IMO. Once you are up on them, you can just tell them to LIE DOWN then they stay there forever until the mission is over. Unless you fuck up and get caught, but you won't do that, will you Anon?
>lethal is harder
Just chuck the body into a dark corner (MGS4), toss them off the cliff (MGS:GZ), put them inside a locker (MGS3/MGS2), or just wait for it to disappear (MGS1).
>there are people on /v/ RIGHT NOW reading THIS VERY THREAD who are only half-demon
>Hey Boss, remember when you said you're a demon and rubbed ashes on your face?
>That was really dumb boss
>Boss you're not a demon
>Need a hand?
>Get it? A hand?
>You have one hand
>hahahahahah fuck you boss
>I fucked The Boss.
mfw there will be a scene where you can do what the fuck ever with huey. Torture, kill, rough him up and just leave him somewhere, throw him ocean side.
>kill a guard in MGS3
>vulture eats him
>kill and eat the vulture
>screaming in the Sorrow's river 'YOU FED ON MEEEE'
>MSF/DD soldier dies
>smear his ashes on your face
>? in Sorrow's river?
You guys do know that he dies killing himself after he sees his current wife fucking Hal and tries to drag Emma with her?
Huey ain't dying unless it turns out he's Hal's uncle and not his dad or some shit.
>Has anyone set this as their Helicopter Music yet?
imma going to full mujahideen mode
Unless there's a sidequest with Ocelot where you have to orchestrate that
Give Hal a complex for his mother, convince Strangelove that she'd basically be fucking the AI from 2001...
> tfw in mgs4 you hear "you enjoy all the killing! "Twice within a ten minute time span.
I don't care if I'm an edge lord I just like staben and shootan, and then hearing snake talk about how killing is wrong. It's ready catharsis.
>it was a hologram
tails confirmed for kojimer
>I think Kojima said torture will be HEAVILY implied
We see multiple people getting water boarded (including hal) also he said that the phantom pain would be the graphic and controversial metal gear game and that they are afraid of it not being able to sell due to how graphic it will be
>Don't quote me
I was trying to do a no kill run in mgs3 last week, I threw a poison spider at a guard, at then did the triple hit combo when he got too close, it ended up killing him. Fucking river was completely empty, and then I just see this asshole standing there getting eaten by a vulture
>not having sneakan music for your in game player
>there are people who plan on non lethal running MGSV
>There are people who will use Boss' suffering as justification for them being shit
My best is 4. One accidental throat slit, one aforementioned vulture kill, the Fury who I couldn't nonlethal for fucking shit, and the Ocelot fight, because I knew he didn't die so I wasn't sure if it counted.
Solid Snake seems more comfortable with killing, but maybe that's because tranqs weren't invented in MGS1
Be interested to see who has canon killed more people. Solid Snake, all the bosses at least from MG1-MGS1, plus people indirectly from FOXDIE, and one dude in a cutscene in MGS4.
Big Boss formerly was only the Boss, I guess. The number's going to go up though
Fear you can just drop spoiled food, or the poison mushrooms that are everywhere. He's super easy.
Volgin I used the cigar gas and handkerchief and that was okay (apart from I got hit by that fucking bullet attack every time)
>snake holds guns and yells at Meryl to shoot
>only way to pacifist it is to lose a shitload of health punching gaurds or spam stun grenades
if it is canon that snake cheese'd his own fight scenes throwing grenades repeatedly then so be it
but i doubt that is so
But you CAN do that. Therefore it's not canon. Same way you can fill up the river in MGS3 or have it empty
'Canon' is where there is only one outcome. Snake always killed the Boss, for example. That's canon. Solid Snake didn't always kill Johnny - in fact, MGS4 coming out proves he didn't
Who do you think is Sunny's father and fucker of Olga?
My money is on a squadmate we never meet and wasn't a part of the Tanker mission or
That's true. Zadornov is a confirmed kill.
>Some XOF guys in the attack on Mother Base
Is it in a cutscene? If so, yes
>Some DD defectees?
Hasn't happened yet, will be counted against him when it's confirmed in MGSV
Semi-canon at best.
The bad grammar makes this even more cringeworthy, I can sort of take it if the grammar is correct, but that shitty grammar is just the icing on top of the underage cake.
>game is about revenge and how the protagonist made a descent into being a bloodthirsty warlord
>negates your rating for killing people
Why not give you a different kind of points that affect your rating rather than negating it?
>Not doing the CANON Full Lethal run because Big Boss is now the bad guy
>game lets you do lethal and non-lethal runs
>literally get penalized for doing lethal runs
>impossible to get good ranks because of point deduction for kills
I sure do love the illusion of free choice. What the fuck Kojima
You can still do it though. You're absolutely given the choice. You're not told in-game 'this is wrong' or 'hey maybe you wanna do this'. It's just a rank at the end of the game, which if you're really dead set on going lethal shouldn't bother you
Think of it like an achievement. You wouldn't get a nonlethal achievement for killing everyone, would you
Do you think we'll ever get another masterful piece of dialogue akin to "A DUD" ever again?
It's inevitable. I have a hunch it'll be Ocelot's turn to say something kooky this time.
>go stealth, fultoning everyone until I get found out
>fulton all the children
>fulton all personnel
>FULL ON LETHAL whenever I get somehwere that implies ther people there were involved with blowing my motherbase
>get the nukes and go nuclear
>threaten everyone with it
>become ultra friends with ocelot
>become the demon feared by the patriots and the world
>eventually rejoice with Major Zero to build and control The Patriots along with Ocelot
>hire Eli and have Miller train him
>Ocelot builds FOXHOUND, hiring a young psycho mantis, Eliquid and
Quiet's daughter, Sniper Wolf
If the spoilered is true, I don't even how I'd react, man.
Sniper Wolf gave him that nickname when he recruited her in Iraq a few years after the events of MGSV iirc.
There's always retcons, though, so who knows if that's still the case.
If there's one thing I love about MGS, it's Kojima's ability to see and understand more than just plain "good" and "evil".
Hell, even Rising had a few of these moments. There's more to the world than just black and white and when you listen and understand people you grow... It's sad people only seem to talk about how "sexist" he is now of days, especially when there's so much actual shit to talk about from certain things in his games that hit way to close to home. There's a reason journalists hate MGS2.
How the fuck do you plan on doing non lethal in MGSV when fuckers are gonna be coming into you base and attacking you during times of peace. How you gonna defend your base with guns that kill?
>liquid and solid don't have full DNA match for bigboss
part of the DNA is kaz's and Chico's
I just like taking things more slowly and exploring a little, at least I did that in MGS1 and 2 and took more time than average.
I don't really wanna rush myself to get some kind of rank, but if I do get a bad rank I'd still be upset so having ranks of any kind is just a no-win for me.
That's why I hate game journalism today.
>MGS V comes out showing how a man we once called a hero is gonna be the main bad guy now
>twitter just flooding with stupid petty shit of "WHY IS QUIET WEARING A RIPPED UP BIKINI SO SEXIST !"
I fucking hate this generation, and I fucking hate modern day video games, you have no honor, continue to be beta white knight hipsters.
> I won't scatter your sorrow to the heartless sea, I will always be with you
