Manga is great.
Anime is okayish, but ,unlike the manga where Joe and Meg are clearly in love, the anime has Joe only give subtext that she loves Meg and Meg shows complete trust in Joe but her lovey dovey attitude from the manga is gone.

I wish the anime had been better. I had such a crush on Jo for so long...non-loli DFC badasses are like damn unicorns.

I wish they had made a sequel going off the end of the OVA. It would've been great to see more of Meg being a badass, rather than a damsel in distress.
