I see the Re:Birth games are on sale now. I've never played a Neptunia game but I read a bit of an LP of the very first game and the writing kinda annoyed me. Re:Birth games are remakes right? Is 1 better than the original? How's the gameplay?

That question is kinda subjective and it's probably best to just watch a bit of an LP of RB1 to judge yourself. The game has an entirely reworked script and updated gameplay though so you really can't judge it based on the original. I for one loved it and I know a lot of other people who didn't enjoy the original did too. But if you don't like the referential humour then it probably still isn't something for you.

Well the good thing is you wont see that robot ever again, except for maybe some chirper.
