His first comment is a bit counterproductive in that both underrepresentation of and incentivised integration of minorty groups pose serious dangers to the integrity of the scientific community. That beig said, if you have to pick a side, I think its fair to fall on the one that chooses to believe, albeit sometimes too an exaggerative extent, that racial and gender biases still exist. In fact, it seems like the only people who argue othsrwise are the same ones who spend all day on 4chan or TD and use the words Nigger and Spic like theyre competing in a radio contest to win a Dodge Challanger covered in swastikas.

The second question had to do with gender, which, like or not, has a definition based on human perception. We can all agree that anyone who argues against the idea of strict biological sexes is retarded, but Adam had a point in that the universe is literally what we agree to make of it as a society, so its not incorrect to asign more than two genders when so many people identify as otherwise. I think what proponants argue is that "gender spectrumers" are just attention seekers, and anyone who defends them is just trying to play the hero, but even if thats the case, if these people are willing to physically altsr themselves and lead totally different lives, are their motivations even important?

Third comment was just a shitpost, which Adam correctly qualified as being steeped in bias, seeing as this image is being circulated by members of a subreddit dedicated to a specific politcal figure.
