I don't think I've even seen a commercial for this.

Given how much a disaster that was I thought more would have been made of it.

>expecting Hollywood to admit blackwashing killed their movie.
>what is literally every movie past 2006
Not sure why everyone forgot about Baby Driver so quickly, it's been my favorite movie of this year so far. It did have some pacing issues about 3/4ths through, and a very simplistic plot (which I thought was a plus)
I loooove the way it was directed - with everything coordinated to the music. Everyone on set had synchronized iPods and there were choreographers to make sure all actions and movements matches the music (even gunshots). It was a musical without the singing. Glorious!

Well yeah. But even /tv/ seems to have forgotten about it. Maybe it's just how bad this summer has been for films in general.

Looks like even in this thread it's been forgotten

Diner scene was the best thing on this movie.

I'm just not going to watch this and forget it ever exists, feels like Dragonball Evolution a little but I'm pissed more over the fact they went with a generic Marvel film feel than trying to be something original and unique since the setting is what really makes DT.

First movie should've been an adaptation of The Gunslinger with maybe some of Little Sisters of Eluria thrown into the mix
Any movie released in the last few years is forgotten so fast. Marketing for the next big thing is already happening before the current thing is in the kino, so you're conditioned to look forward to the next big thing. Don't dwell on the past.

It was a very tense scene
