I watched this movie when I was 5 years old with my mom and dad at 12pm. The literal moment they turned off the tv, I started having alien nightmares of creepy white alien beings. I would leave my bed in the middle of the night to go to my mom for help, but I couldn't see anything. I would bump my face into the wall trying to find my bed.

I just had this memory now... after all those years.

I grew a pair, felt every part of the room until I found my bed and went back to sleep. Man that was a rough night.

OP here, honestly I have no significant fears other than of death or hell (Im not religious but I am still fearful of the idea of eternal agony). The only thing that spooks me so much is the idea of a more advanced species we are not aware, that could wipe us out or subjugate us to their will. Whether they come from space or remain hidden amongst us, disguised or invisible to the naked eye, I still would be terrified. I dont have any reason to fear it now, but if they came, I would shit myself.

What's even scarier is that there might be an advances species living among us. They have power and can control many levels of the economy without much effort.
