Gets super weird near the end, but I think it still works since everything that occurs is for the sake of drama.

My dad and I watched it together back when I was in high school, and we loved it. Maybe I'll go back and watch it on my own, now that he isn't around. It's got some great characters.

it gets fucking stupid at points but it;s still worth a watch and is always entertaining

Has some GOAT characters though, just suspend your disbelief for some parts, it was HBO's first real foray into this shit and the writers didn't really know where to go at some parts
