Violence was minimal, crime was down, sure there was the occasional nigger gunned down over some petty beef but those were resolved quickly by the middle dealers because they didn't want to fuck up the entire arrangement which was beneficial for them (money), cops (low crime), junkies (easier to get drugs), citizens (no drug dealing in their streets)
There's nothing wrong with legalizing drugs as long as you keep it to certain no go areas and zones.
