Who owns this place now that the Freys are dead? Same with Highgarden and the Tyrells, who owns any of these castles now?

The female freys. Arya only killed the males, and probably not all of them.
great thread. definitely needed its own discussion

stop nitpicking, there is no time
The true question is who rules over Stormlands since Stannis abandoned them in Season 2
>>87162593
so do all the servants, soldiers and family live in just those two towers? looks like it would be pretty cramped in there.

You care about this when dragons the size of airplanes exist in this show?

NO TIME
>>87162593
ummm... there's dragons and white walkers and magic, and this is the problem you have with the show? get a life lol.

Remember when actions in GoT had actual consequences for the main characters?
Now it seems everything goes and noone even cares.

Places like this, Winterfell, The Twins, Highgarden, etc, they're more like towns than a castle. There's the castle, sure, but a village that surrounds it too, where the smallfolk live. The show has never done a very good job or representing that though.

If Dragonstone is any indication, it's literally sitting there vacant and unlocked waiting for somebody to show up and claim it.

This is the most retarded defense for anything ever.
Dragons are part of the world's internal logic. Massive plot holes aren't.
