>You fought in the Clone Wars?
>Yes. I was once a Jedi Knight, the same as your father.
>That reminds me. Luke, did I ever tell you that in our prime (which happened to be a mere 19 years ago), the Jedi had Dragon Ball Z powers and could karate-chop armies single-handedly at a machine-gun's pace, run at lightning fast speed, deflect blaster bolts with stunning precision, jump tens of thousands of feet in the air, and hover around for prolonged periods of time? "Crouching Jedi, Hidden Sith" sums up that era well.
>Now that I'm an old man (well, I look 70 but I'm actually supposed to be 57 according to George Lucas's prequel timeline), I can't do any of that anymore. Time is not a good friend.
I've read this twice and it didn't get any funnier
The Obi-Wan spinoff will address this
My money is on something like Obi-Wan deciding to spend almost all of his energy on understanding the Force instead of honing his combat abilites. It would make sense still the nigga was most likely the first (?) jedi in history to join the force with his own fucking mind power.
Also there's the pain, stress and guilt of having trained Anakin. Living on the shithole known as Tatooine will also age you, it is not a kind environment to live in.

>Crouching Jedi, Hidden Sith
That doesn't even make sense. That phrase refers to one person, the metaphor is lost.
