So what was the doctor's plan if the guy hadn't stabbed him and he never had the chance to lure Allison away from everyone?

Also what would've happened if the girl had given birth to his kid in the normal way? Would it have been a normal child or was it always going to be a shoggoth thing? Was it normal before he put his hand on her head and then it transferred into her? What if Kim had actually managed to deliver the baby, wouldn't that have ruined his plan a bit?


Also I can kind of understand why Daniel appeared in the weird world with the pyramid, but why was Allison there as well?When the doctor effectively kills her does that make her go to the weird place afterwards with Daniel?

Also Why was Beverly the only one to start acting crazy or transform into a shoggoth? Was it because the doctor did something weird to her the way he made the other hunter guy have visions of his dead wife?
