That not what he said, Nolan is much smarter than that, he said "ai" or "爱", which means love in Chinese. Referring to the very tenets that Bane and Talia stand for and why Talia is trying to destroy Gotham, her love for her father. This hints at the final twist in the movie. This is developed when Bane says "for you", he wasn't addressing Agent Wilson, but completing the sentence to "love, for you" and addressing Gotham, his destination, this is meant to symbolize his fatherly love for Talia.
