I'm all for heroes who are learning and whatnot, but given that this takes place in or around Civil War, shouldn't the (nonexistent) NYPD be trying to shoot the ever-living fuck out of Spiderman? He is the danger, literally. Where Vulture is somewhat sympathetic, Spiderman is not. At all. He's irresponsible, and that's OK, EXCEPT HE NEVER SUFFERS THE CONSEQUENCES.
Fuck this hack writing.
