A completely separate outfit you're talking about would entail separate casting agencies, separate distribution, separate everything else that they will have to finance from the ground up in an already established market. That is simply not the way business is done in this globalized century anymore. It costs less to use the existing infrastructure on the ground, while minimizing the risk by spreading it out to international shareholders.

Let's take Legendary studios as an example. They have their own infra in hong kong and shanghai; the works. They can't simply transplant that infra onto the ethnic competition's hollywood bulwark. So they partner up with the established gatekeepers for access to the u.s. market while the jews try to do the same to them.
