His original idea from 1979 alien was great too. In the end, the xenomorth would kill ripley and it would imitate her voice in the ship transmission, in other words, it would subtly imply that xenomorphs are not only phisically superior but intellectually too. An Idea that Scott later implemented in this video's ending:
