I eat some bad/high calorie foods sometimes but I haven't been to McDonald's in years, it tastes like shit.

I'd rather eat out less and get a good burger. I usually go to smaller independent places and grab a wrap or something. Pretty lucky that I live in two good cities, so I can usually get some good food for £5 or under.
